How do you ensure my collectibles arrive in mint condition?
We take pride in our packaging. All standard 4-inch Funko Pop! vinyls are shipped in complimentary premium protectors, and we use double-walled boxes with bubble wrap for all orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship worldwide from our warehouse in Australia. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your destination.
What is your return policy for damaged items?
If your item arrives with significant damage to the product itself, please contact our support team within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage to initiate a return or replacement.
When will my pre-order item be shipped?
Pre-order items are shipped as soon as they arrive in our warehouse. Please note that release dates are estimates provided by manufacturers and are subject to change.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, and buy-now-pay-later services including Afterpay and Zip Pay.
Can I cancel or change my order after it has been placed?
Orders can be cancelled or modified as long as they have not yet entered the packing process. Please contact us immediately if you need to make a change.
