At Ozzie Collectables, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unopened packaging. If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, our dedicated support team is ready to assist with a replacement or full refund.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team via the online portal with your order number and clear photos of the item and its packaging.
- 2.Wait for Authorization
Our team will review your request within 48 hours and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Securely pack the collectible in its original box and include the RMA form before mailing it back to our warehouse.
- 4.Receive Refund or Exchange
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method or dispatch your replacement.
